With the conceptual solution of a residential half-block next to the Vrbas River in Banja Luka, we designed a modern residential building with apartments of 60 to 80 square meters and spacious penthouse apartments on the last two floors with swimming pools. The inspiration for designing parts of the building was the traditional "Zmijanski vez" of this area
